What is Scratch?
Scratch is a visual programming language and online community targeted primarily at children, by coding with 'blocks' in the editor. Scratch is widely used to teach children and adults of all ages the fundamentals of programming. It provides a quality introduction to coding and sets students up to progress to other more complex languages, including Small Basic, Python, HTML and C++.
